Appointment Protocols

In an effort to ensure the safety of clients and staff, we utilize low-contact service for all pet care needs.

It certainly has been a challenging time and we appreciate your patience and cooperation these last two years! As we continue to modify our appointment process, our goal is to provide the best possible service for you and your pets, while keeping everyone’s health in mind.

  • At this time, our lobby continues to be closed.
  • For appointments with a doctor – please call or text when you arrive at the clinic. When a room is available, one of our team will come out to your car and escort you and your pet into an exam room to meet with the doctor.
  • For surgery drop-offs and technician appointments – we ask that you call or text when you arrive at the clinic and remain in your car. One of our team will come out to retrieve your pet.
  • For medication or food pickup – please call or text when you arrive at the clinic. We can take payment over the phone if you haven’t already pre-paid and then bring your items out to your car.

In all circumstances, please call or text 530-272-2817. If you don’t have a phone or have poor cell reception, please feel free to knock on the front door and we will be with you shortly.
